Pickup
Pickup only in Longview, Texas. Grace & Grain is a home bakery and preorder pickup only — not a walk-in storefront and not open 24/7. After your order is confirmed you will receive a text with the exact pickup address. Please arrive during your selected pickup window and ring the doorbell.
Payment
We accept Venmo, Cash App, cash, and check. Venmo and Cash App orders are confirmed after payment is received and verified. Cash and check requests are confirmed after Grace & Grain approves them, with payment due at pickup. Checks are payable to Abigail Lugenbell.
Cancellations & missed pickups
Cancellations must be requested at least 72 hours before your scheduled pickup date and time. Any order placed within 72 hours of pickup is final as soon as it is submitted. Missed-pickup orders are still owed in full. No refunds unless Grace & Grain specifically approves an exception. We will hold a missed order for up to 24 hours, but a new pickup time is not guaranteed because this is a private home, not a continuously staffed store. Please contact us as soon as possible to coordinate.
Order cutoff
Ordering for each bake day closes at 10:00 PM Central two nights before pickup. A Friday pickup closes Wednesday at 10:00 PM. The cutoff is enforced when you submit, so an order started before the cutoff still has to be submitted before it.

Grace & Grain operates from a home kitchen that handles wheat, milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, sesame, and other foods. We cannot guarantee that any product is free from allergens or cross-contact.
