Grace & Grain is a small home micro bakery in Longview, Texas. This policy explains what information our website collects and how we use it.

Grace & Grain does not sell personal information.

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data or consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers such as Twilio may process information only as needed to provide the requested service.

Information we collect

  • Your name and mobile phone number
  • Your email address, if you choose to provide it
  • Order details, bake day, pickup window, and the name of the person picking up
  • Allergy information and special instructions you enter
  • Custom order request details
  • Your chosen payment method and payment status (for example, paid or unpaid)
  • Your text message consent, including when you agreed and the wording you accepted

We do not collect or store credit card, debit card, or bank account numbers. Payments are made directly through Venmo, Cash App, cash, or check.

How we use it

We use your information to receive and prepare your order, verify payment, coordinate pickup, send transactional order text messages you agreed to, respond to custom requests, and keep basic records for running the bakery. We do not send marketing texts.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run this website and deliver order messages (such as our website hosting provider and Twilio for text messages), and only as needed to provide the service you requested, or when required by law. Pickup details are shared privately with confirmed customers only.

Retention and security

We keep order and request records as long as reasonably needed to fulfill orders, answer questions, and keep business records. Access to order information is limited to the bakery owner through a password-protected admin area. No method of storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
