SMS Terms & Consent

What we text

Grace & Grain Order Updates sends transactional order messages only, such as order receipt, payment or approval status, pickup confirmation and details, reminders, ready notices, and status updates. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

• Message frequency varies, typically 2–5 messages per order.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
• Reply HELP for help, or call 430-342-9864 for support.

How customers opt in

1. The customer visits the Order Online page (or the Custom Order Request form).
2. They enter their mobile number.
3. They actively check a separate, unchecked SMS consent box. The box is never preselected and is required to submit.
4. They submit the order. We record the time of consent and the exact wording.

The consent checkbox reads exactly:

“I agree to receive transactional text messages from Grace & Grain about this order, including receipt, payment or approval, pickup, and status updates. Message frequency varies by order. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.”

Privacy

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data or consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
